CEO of the Brown House
Leading is not easy. We often think of leadership in terms of our careers, and the professional world. However, the most important place for leadership is the home. The home is where it starts. If you are successful in this arena, I believe you can be successful anywhere else. The home is where God ordained the first organization, the family. The most success you can have in this world is a loving, happy, productive home where husband, wife, and children align to fulfill God's purpose and plan.
Unconditional love starts at the top. I have the responsibility of leading by example, being the salt and light of the earth, and demonstrating God's love to my family, my neighbors, and my enemies. My goal is to love my wife as Christ loves the church and to teach my children the godly principles and standards that will lead to a life that further expands God's Kingdom.
